Being a true skeptic, I took my time reading about Siberian Rhubarb prior to this purchase. I took my first capsule at 5 pm in the afternoon, that night was the first night I’ve spent dry in more than 3 years, along with the next 4 nights prior to writing this review. To explain, my hot flashes at times were debilitating and would force me to sit for a few minutes before continuing whatever I was doing. Every night was was a struggle to get a decent nights sleep, something which is hard to do when you wake up ringing wet and freezing cold, every night. If you want to cut the hot flashes down to a couple a day without being soaking wet, and if you want to wake up after a peaceful, dry night, try this product. Don’t believe me, try them for yourself if you have hot flashes, doses of soaking wet clothes throughout the day, and a drenching every night, it’s worth trying, you might find out like I did, those capsules work.

I ordered these, half heartedly, thinking they might help digestion. I never really thought I got hot flashes. However, if I would start to clean the house, or I had to carry a lot of groceries up and down my stairs, would start to sweat, even if it wasn’t hot weather. I thought it was because I was out of shape, but that has completely disappeared! Now, I only sweat in hot weather, like the old days. ?. Love these! What a nice surprise. And, they probably do help my digestion.
