A good liver cleaner
In the last few months I’ve been starting to have symptoms of a sluggish liver including poor absorption of supplements. Did some research and found out about this type of supplement from Dr Berg on YouTube. I started taking it for a couple of weeks now and happy to report that my liver has slowly been getting unsluggish. Of course I also take other stuff. I have been taking DPC choline (citicholine).According to most of the articles I found on the internet /YouTube, Choline Bitartrate is not supposed to be as effective nootropic as DPC or alpha GPC choline.However, is still a good source of choline.I purchased Nusa Pure Choline L-Bitartrate just to add some additional choline without the premium price you have to pay for DPC or alpha GPC Choline.Based on my research, I was not expecting to feel any physical or neurological difference.I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that usually within an hour of taking Nusa Pure Choline L-Bitartrate my mind seemed a little sharper, brain fog seemed to cleared and I felt a bit more energetic.I experimented by taking the Nusa Pure Choline L-Bitartrate at different times on different days.
