I had to try this because GNC no longer makes the 75 Billion individually wrapped probiotic that originally fixed not my GI issues. They also no longer make my second favorite which had 16 strains. You need an appropriate variety and also strength, and this one has helped me and a friend of mine as well. I do keep it in the refrigerator because it isn’t individually sealed. Even so, about half way through the bottle they started to taste bad they way a probiotic normally tastes. However they still work to improve regularity and the immune system.

I tried a lot of different products and I am not saying this product was better than the rest. What I am saying is for the money, it does the job just as well. Pair this with a couple of days of Kombucha, and you are regular again. All you have to do is continue to take it from there.

I replaced my Costco 10 Billion CFU probiotics for these, thinking they would be a better quality with 110 Billion CFU and 13 strands but they weren’t. I was bloated. Went back to my old probiotics and immediately noticed the difference. Lesson learned, more CFU does not mean better quality.

Doesn’t work at all…..even after took double capsules.I even surprised how it doesn’t work.I tried a few of different company probiotics and all of them worked but nusapure….
