It’s an omega oil, good for half a years worth
I used to eat a lot of currant, red and black when i was younger. They are delicious. Ate them like baby grapes, they grew everywhere. In US, this fruit is not popular and just not widely available, plus super expensive.I’m giving it time to work. I take biotin, so my hair already gets one hair supplement. I also take Omega 3 fish oil supplements for my dry eyes so it may take time for me to realize if it’s working but overall I am the kind of person who says more is always better!Pill looks like a medium size omega fish oil capsule. Easy to take daily
These gel caps are an easy way to daily take black current oil and GLA. The gel caps are easy to swallow and have no taste.
